Our goal is to produce the healthiest, most nutritious beef possible. Our meat is lean,tender and moist. We are doing this by using a breed noted for it's carcass qualities, by feeding them nutritious, quality grass and legumes. They also get organic ground kelp, minerals and vitamins. All animals are born and raised on our farm to ensure that our animals are well treated and fed from the day they are born.
